Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted up to 3 days from purchase and receipt of payment.

Expertella Consultants provides full, unconditional refunds to Customers up to 3 days from the day of purchase. However, if they request for a refund after 3 days, customers may be asked to provide a valid reason for claiming a refund and a refund may be granted at our discretion.

Once you submit the your request and make the payment, we begin processing it, and it cannot be canceled with a refund. If you are not happy with the outcome of your evaluation, you may contact us and we will see if we can help you, but there are no assurances.

However our job is not to make you happy but rather to do an honest evaluation. Most of our clients are very happy as you will be if you have honest, realistic expectations.
Expertella Consultants is not responsible for client deadlines even if they are missed due to a clerical error at Expertella Consultants. Clients must take into consideration that even overnight express mail gets lost, mis-delivered, or delivered late and that Expertella Consultants will not refund evaluation fees or any special rush fees or mailing fees when such deadlines are missed. Rush times are not guaranteed, although we are over 95% on time. We are not responsible for delays or the results of delays. If additional documents are required there may be time delays that are out of our control. We are not responsible for acts of God such as power outages, website problems, hard copy deliveries, holiday mail schedules, etc.
